Smarthought™ is the brainchild of Mike Mayberry. Its birth has been from his vision to provide members with a process and place to develop individual needs. Through his years of corporate training as well as individual coaching Mike has found personal improvement as a continual and ongoing course of action. Mike has also learned and instigated through the Smarthought™ process the principal of Community Wisdom. An idea utilizing shared experience and the need to learn from other’s experience. Mike asked Bill Carrothers to assist in the growth of Smarthought™. Bill’s background is from the practical side of business management with a bit of “tech” ability in the development of websites and business communication.

The Smarthought™ website is designed with member’s needs in mind. It provides a confidential place for self-examination and study as well has forums for interaction with other members and instructors. The site has numerous articles, listed helpful development titles and personal examples of learning experiences. Members utilizing the site will be afforded the ability of a “how to” in self development with personal benchmarks and goal assessments.
